Shipping and return policy 

Most orders are handled and shipped within a business day. If we Are unable to meet the time frame we will contact you to update shipping time and then proceed with processing your order. 

Delivery time for purchases in Israel are about 3 business days and up to 14 business days for exceptional areas.

Delivery times for overseas purchases are up to 14 business days

“Self pick up”

Self pick up is available at the warehouse (this applies to Israel only) and by appointment only, 

You clothing can be picked up with an appointment in advance, and your clothes will be saved for you only for 7 business days.

“Home delivery service”

Home service deliveries take about 3-14 business days ( business days are considered weekdays NOT Friday, Saturday or holidays and Election Day)

Please be advised that in order for you to receive your package please put an address that you are available at for most Of the day.

“Shipping and tracking information”

To find out tracking and shipping information contact us to find out your order tax  number, so you can track your package directly with our shipping company.

Orders can be made for all regions, counties and world wide. 

“Return and exchange products and products replacement”

In case you want to return a product you purchased, please pack the package in the same boxed you received it with the following details written on the box:

When we receive the package, we will make sure to notify you and send you a different item of your choice, or credit you for the amount of the item. 

“Return policy” 

The product can be returned within 14 days of 

Receiving it, if you are unhappy With the product for any reason. 

You can receive a refund within up to 48 hours of receiving the product, A refund can only be made to the same form of payment the purchase was made with.   

 The refund will be given less of 7% of the product amount or less 100 NIS cheaper among them. 

Product purchases at final sale cannot be refunded. 

The product must be in good condition along with the price tag in order for it to be returned the invoice must be included as well. 

There is NO returns or exchanges on accessories.
